IAREP 2025 Early Career Researcher Workshop


As the tradition goes, young researchers will have an opportunity to present their work and receive valuable feedback from seasoned experts in the field.

The 2025 ECR Workshop will take place on Monday, June 17th, prior to the official start of the conference programme. This workshop provides a supportive environment where PhD students can showcase their research, refine their presentations, and engage in insightful discussions with experienced researchers.

Eligibility: The workshop is open to PhD students who have registered for the IAREP 2025 conference.

How to apply: To participate, please submit an extended abstract (up to 1000 words) of the paper you intend to present. This may be the same paper submitted to the conference (regardless of acceptance status) or any other work you wish to share and receive feedback on. Submission can be made through this form, with a deadline of February 2, 2025.

Please note that acceptance to the ECR workshop is independent of acceptance to the main conference program.

Paper preparation: Successful applicants will be notified by March 17. Accepted participants are required to submit a full version of their paper (up to 7,000 words) for review by senior researchers. Papers should be submitted by March 31.

This workshop is an excellent chance for PhD students to gain feedback on their work, improve their academic skills, and make connections with leading figures in economic psychology.
